What information do you need when I register?

We need an email address so we can send you you password and you will have to choose a username. We do not collect any other personal information.



I've forgotten my username and/or password. What do I do?

As long as you have access to the email account you used to subscribe you should be OK. Visit our forgotten password page here. Fill in your email and we will reset your passwords for you.



What credit cards do you take? How do I know my transaction is secure?

We use Paypal to collect payments. This means you can either use your paypal account (or set one up if you don't have one) or just use your credit card. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards (including VISA, Mastercard, Amex, Maestro and Visa Electron debit cards).



Can I download a video to watch it later?

At the moment we are not set up to provide downloads. We may add this functionality in the future.



Do I pay per view or can I buy a subscription for access to more than one video?

We do not offer pay-per-view at the moment. If you would like to view any video you need to subscribe.



I've changed my email address or other personal information. How do I update my account details?

You can change your name, email address and password on your my account page.

Can I browse through all your content?

Most of the content on paynegotiation.com is available to subscribers only. Your college or company may have a site license though which gives you free access via a password or via IP recognition. To check if your organisation has this access please email support@sensiblemedia.co.uk.
